An alien holding a residence permit must notify the Migration Department no later than within 7 days if:

1. he changes the identity or citizenship documents;
2. his family status changes;
3. he changes his place of residence;
4. The address of the registered office of a private legal entity registered in the registry of legal entities, or the address of a branch or a representation office of the company established in a foreign state is changed when the temporary residence permit has been issued to him on the basis of lawful activity or as a manager to be transferred within the company to manage the host company;
5. He submits an application to be admitted to an equivalent degree programme in another science and study institution or to doctoral studies.
