The Migration Department informs that technical works are currently underway related to the appointment booking service through external service provider branches.

This service will be removed from the "VFS Global" servers starting October 22 and integrated into the Lithuanian Migration Information System MIGRIS. Therefore, it is currently not possible to book appointments at external service provider branches for dates later than October 22.

From the mentioned date, all appointment bookings will be opened in advance and carried out exclusively in the MIGRIS environment.

By the end of this year, we will introduce to our clients the updated migration services portal www.migracija.lt, along with new functionalities for individual and legal entity accounts. These changes will enable clients to more conveniently find the information they need, monitor the progress of application processing and the occupancy of customer service departments—including external service providers—access all details related to their application processing, and more.
