Starting from 25th of November payments at the customer service departments of the Migration Department will only be accepted by bank cards
IMPORTANT UPDATE! After the Bank of Lithuania revoked the license of the private limited liability company "Foxpay" on November 22, the self-service payment terminals belonging to the aforementioned company will cease to operate on November 25, but not not on December 2, as announced before. From this day on, it will be possible to pay for all migration services at the customer service departments of the Migration Department only with bank payment cards.
Those wishing to pay in cash can do so at Perlas terminals, Lithuanian Post offices, Maxima cash desks or other locations offering this service. This is also subject to a commission fee set by the service provider.
When paying, it is necessary to indicate the account of the State Tax Inspectorate, the specific amount of the state fee and the payment code 5740. The payment confirmation received must contain the details of the person for whom the document is requested: name, surname and personal identification number or exact date of birth. The original of the payment confirmation must be brought by the customer to the Migration Department customer service desk where the services are ordered.
If the person pays for the migration services provided to him/her with a bank card at the customer service desk, no commission fee is charged.
