IN WHAT CASES A CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THE RIGHT OF AN EU CITIZEN TO RESIDE PERMANENTLY IN THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA AND A CARD OF THE EU PERMANENT RESIDENCE PERMIT ARE NOT VALID?
A certificate to confirm the right for the citizen of the European Union Member State to permanently reside in the Republic of Lithuania and are invalid, when:
a document is not collected within one year;
validity period of the document expires;
a document is forged;
a document is withdrawn;
a document is lost;
a document is replaced;
citizen of European Union Member State or his/her family member had declared that they depart from the Republic of Lithuania in a manner established by the Law on Declaring Place of Residence in the Republic of Lithuania;
if European Union Member State citizen or his/her family member is granted the citizenship of the Republic of Lithuania;
if European Union Member State citizen or his/her family member dies.
