IN WHAT CASES A CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THE RIGHT OF AN EU CITIZEN TO RESIDE PERMANENTLY IN THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA AND A CARD OF THE EU PERMANENT RESIDENCE PERMIT ARE NOT VALID?

A certificate to confirm the right for the citizen of the European Union Member State to permanently reside in the Republic of Lithuania and  are invalid, when:

  1. a document is not collected within one year;
  2. validity period of the document expires;
  3. a document is forged;
  4. a document is withdrawn;
  5. a document is lost;
  6. a document is replaced;
  7. citizen of European Union Member State or his/her family member had declared that they depart from the Republic of Lithuania in a manner established by the Law on Declaring Place of Residence in the Republic of Lithuania;
  8. if European Union Member State citizen or his/her family member is granted the citizenship of the Republic of Lithuania;
  9. if European Union Member State citizen or his/her family member dies.
