WHAT ARE THE GROUNDS FOR REPLACEMENT OF A CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THE RIGHT OF AN EU CITIZEN TO RESIDE PERMANENTLY IN THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA OR A CARD OF THE EU PERMANENT RESIDENCE PERMIT?

A certificate confirming the right of an EU citizen to reside permanently in the Republic of Lithuania or a card of the EU permanent residence permit shall be replaced if:

1) personal data has changed;
2) the document became improper to use;
3) validity period of the document expired;
4) there are incorrect records in this document;
5) the document is lost.

Note. When lodging an application, an alien must pay a state fee in the amount of 5,70 EUR for the management of the documents in order to replace the card and a state fee in the amount of 8,60 EUR for the issuing of the replacement card.
