Whom is a visa-free travel regime applied?

The list of foreign countries whose citizens can travel visa-free to the Republic of Lithuania:

Countries whose citizens with diplomatic or official passports travel visa-free to the Republic of Lithuania:

  1. Bosnia and Herzegovina (for holders of diplomatic passports only);
  2. Georgia (for holders of diplomatic passports only);
  3. The Kingdom of Marocco (for holders of diplomatic passports only);
  4. The People‘s Republic of China;* 
  5. The Philipines**;
  6. The Republic of Albania (for holders of diplomatic passports only);
  7. The Republic of Armenia (for holders of diplomatic passports only); 
  8. The Republic of Azerbaijan (for holders of diplomatic passports only);
  9. The Republic of Kazakhstan (for holders of diplomatic passports only);
  10. The Republic of Moldova (for holders of diplomatic and service biometric passports only);
  11. The Republic of Turkey (for holders of special passports as well);
  12. The Russian Federation (for holders of diplomatic passports only); 
  13. The Sultanate of Oman (for holders of special passports as well);
  14. Ukraine.

 * No longer than 30 days from arrival

** For a stay no longer than 21 days in any half-year.
 
 Citizens of other countries travelling to the Republic of Lithuania need visas.

Note: The alien to whom a visa-free travel regime is applied shall be entitled to enter the Republic of Lithuania and stay in it without a visa for up to 3 months within each half a year starting from the first day of entry into the Republic of Lithuania or any other Schengen State.
