Seeking to book an appointment time at the Migration Divisions (Migration Board) on issuance / replacement of residence permit, personal document or other services, sign up at the information system of Police e-services.
From December 1, 2017, applications for temporary residence permits and related documents will by accepted only at central migration units (migration divisions, the migration board) of the Chief Police Commissariats and at Visaginas Group of the Migration Division of Utena County Chief Police Commissariat and Elektrėnai Group of the Migration Board of Vilnius County Chief Police Commissariat. Applications to replace or formalise residence permits, to issue or replace other documents can be submitted in usual order.
